When you contact Arch Mediators, we'll listen to a brief overview of your situation and answer any questions you have about the mediation process. There's no pressure and no commitment — just a conversation to help you decide whether mediation is the right path forward.
Mediation sessions are typically scheduled within one to two weeks of your initial contact. Sessions are available in-person at our St. Louis office or virtually via secure video. Most matters are resolved in one to three sessions, though the timeline depends on the complexity of the issues involved.
